Motivational Monday #3

Hello lovely ladies,
So as some of you may know I am 16 years old and my exams are fastly approaching (that sentence sends shivers down my spine eeeeek!) I'm sure many of you may be in the same position too! So this motivational Monday is focussing on de-stressing when exam time is here.

I myself am a VERY panicky person; I get major anxiety,  panic attacks and generally get stressed out super easy. The three things I tell myself when doing exams are;
1) RELAX 
2) You can only do your best
3) You do better when your not a big ball of stress! 
So whatever your doing today just remember to relax, don't take yourself to seriously and chill out! 

Just a short one today as I am revising! By the time this one goes up I will be in my exam! Eeeeek!
